selective? lol I was not selected but just like many people I volunteered to get beta for my E2 and 4900 not sure why you worried about Mac so much. your Mac is your iptv providers responsibility and it has nothing to do with buzz. its like your tv provider (lets assume you have three boxes) has your Mac/serial address and when you call them and ask them that you have problem with one of your box and they ask you which box. dont you provide hem Mac/serial number? dont you think they have all your info? they won't touch all or random until or unless you tell them which one has an issue because they dont play around. just like that buzz dont play around. hope you understand if not then I can show you a list of Mac and you will find all of your Mac

lol you are sending your Mac address to Buzz not anybody else. however, your Mac address is not hidden from many people over net btw, when you first setup your box and while setting up did it download anything over the net?

yes or no. backup all info and perform a reset. if problem persist then I would clean remote. but do it on your own risk.

I think hes talking about site. I made moderator aware of it yesterday. there nothing you can do at this time until admin fixes it.

I have seen this only once on one server (don't recall server name, randomly picked from online lol) and that happened only on few channels.

no you just need 1 connection and make sure TS is enabled and setup properly.

did you check in update. go to settings and click on update and see if update is available to revert it back.

did you try to switch media player?

well version 751 happened again. screen froze like 5 minutes then sign popup saying close or wait so I click wait. in few minutes I see home screen with same sign popup again. this time I click close and screen froze again with buzztv logo but came back normal in 1 minute.

reboot your box and press wait if sign popup saying wait or close. then it will come on in few.

since your box works fine without connecting external device then theres no need to reset your box. just connect that external device to your pc and format it first then connect to your box. 1. Connect your usb stick to any of USB port. (USB 3.0 works better) 2. Go to settings 3. Click storage 4. Click on your usb stick 5. You should see option erase and format as removable storage. So click on it. (If you dont see this option then format your usb first and once done dont use usb as a internal storage. Just click on move later and start from step 3 again. Now you should see erase and format as removable storage option. 6. Click format 7. Once done, now you should see usb as removable storage. 8. keep pressing back until you get to home screen 9. Now click live tv 10. While watching live TV press menu 11. Go to PVR 12. Go to PVR Options 13. Turn on Timeshift 14. Click Timeshift Cache Storage and select your USB and go back 15. Timeshift Cache Size (up to as much you want, 2 GB is good enough) 16. Download Storage select your USB 17. Now when you go to live TV and you should see TS option lid up on bottom right next to CC REC and HD info. If not press info button to see it in bottom right corner. 18. Now you should see white solid line on top of blue line indicating you can go back up to that time. You should be able to use pause and rewind function now. 19. If you dont see TS option in info bar that mean you won’t be able to rewind/pause this channel or stream Note: TS works on secondary player only.

try to factory reset. by reseting you will loose all server info and other apps those never came with box.

new update froze on buzztv logo for 10 minutes after installing app. message popped up few times close or wait for app. tried both options nothing happened. then I reboot my box and stuck on same thing after reboot and same message popped up. so I left it alone for another 10 minutes and noticed home screen popped up in the back. closed message and all good and working fine now. thanks
