  4. after reset if remote still does not work and you are out of warranty then I would use BUZZTV ARQ-100 REVOLUTIONARY REMOTE CONTROL https://buzztvglobal.com/collections/remotes-keyboards/products/buzztv-arq-100-our-revolutionary-remote-control
  5. use pc keyboard and mouse to factory reset from recovery screen. once done then see if remote started to work.
  6. you need to update to buzz5. send your Mac id, SN, in pm to allaboutbuzz and tell them to update your box to buzz 5

    sometimes you have to use /c in the end try /c front of your portal on your browser and in your box as well and see what happens
  8. can you use PC mouse to add and click?
  9. just wondering if you have any popup blocker on your box or anything that is blocking your traffic or apps/windows?
  10. reboot your box and try again
  11. I just tried on my 4900 and I was able to use mouse on remote control to click ok and it took my to login screen. so I put mouse course on where it says sign in and then click ok button and it works. but again I have 4900 not 4500.

    I have done both and both game me the same result.

    soft reset you reset your box from going into setting while box is on. hard reset you reset your box by pushing/holding reset button while box is powering on.
  15. try different hdmi port. also, try to change hdmi cable if you can.
  16. try to clear hulu app cache and clear data and try again. also, have you power cycled your box and your network as well since you trying to install Hulu app? if not try to reboot your box and network.

    you really think that you are succeeding by bashing buzz in every thread? I feel like you are hiding your intention with your username. you are pretending that you love buzz but in realty you dont. people who own buzz units are very happy. you can not make everyone happy but the dont cry like you because you trying your best to bash buzz because looks like you can not see buzz succeeding.
