    you have to change theme located all the way in the bottom left to default instead of dimension. then you will be Able to quote.

  7. I personally think you will love Buzz5 because it has lots of improvements and features.
  8. I have never tried but im doubt you will be able to restore after you upgrade to Buzz5.
  9. have you tried different power outlet?
  10. while watching live tv press menu and post version number located all the way in the bottom.
  11. try to take out hdmi cable from both ends and insert again, try different hdmi port and hdmi cable if possible.
  12. just installed 767 and no issues. try to clear cache and data if possible. you my loose all info. also, try uninstall updates and reinstall again. remember you may loose your data. also, do you have enough storage?

  14. as far I know not possible at this moment.
  15. they are working fine for me on many servers. try to switch player and see if that helps. it might be server related.

    first switch to classic. once switched to classic scroll to right and click settings, utilities, home screen, and highlight buzztv modern and click ok. you should be on modern now. to change background click settings, BG image or change background from classic and select image from your list. if you dont have pictures in your download folder then you can download from browser in your box, via usb, or transfer remotely to your box with teamsviewer .

  21. after reset if remote still does not work and you are out of warranty then I would use BUZZTV ARQ-100 REVOLUTIONARY REMOTE CONTROL https://buzztvglobal.com/collections/remotes-keyboards/products/buzztv-arq-100-our-revolutionary-remote-control
  22. use pc keyboard and mouse to factory reset from recovery screen. once done then see if remote started to work.
  23. you need to update to buzz5. send your Mac id, SN, in pm to allaboutbuzz and tell them to update your box to buzz 5

    sometimes you have to use /c in the end try /c front of your portal on your browser and in your box as well and see what happens
