im assuming you have latest update? you said you reconfigured same network meaning your forget network and reconnect? are you on 2.4 or 5G or you have both in one network? try to split and connect on 5G first then 2.4 to see if that helps. try different router if you have avaible or swap to different if it belongs to your ISP. if nothing works then I would say try factory reset option and see if that helps

for live tv, open buzztv app, press menu, configuration, live tv, select primary

one is belong to your device (Hardware) and one to your iptv app (software). you use the one starts with 00:1A:79......

I had that issue on 4900 when I was connected on USB 2.0 but when I switched to Usb 3.0 never got that issue again.

try without vpn and see how it works.

do you have latest tivimate app?

it locks channels and works as parental control. for example if you dont want anybody to watch certain channels then you can lock or hide/lock. so if someone tried to watch they have to enter lock code/PIN number.

found update, downloaded and box boot up fine. I did not see installation screen. I guess it happened so fast maybe. everything is working so far and shows new versions as well.

if you dont see improvement with above solution then try to bypass surround bar and see if it plays fine on tv.

this is 4900s thread. do you have 4900 or x5? if 4900 then buzztv .774 is latest and you won't be able to downgrade to buzztv app .766 if you have 4900 and try install x5s firmware then it won't work.
