  1. all buzz comes with buzztv app and its same procedure with 4500.

    back up settings

    connect an eternal usb storage or a micro sd card then go to buzz tv app, menu, settings, configurations, back & restore, backup, select on screen options, select servers, click backup, select external storage by using using dpad on remote and click next and thats it. if you don't have an external device you can make backup in internal storage then once done you can remotely transfer from your device to you pc over local network before you reset.

  4. no need to open multiple threads but I guess this is correct thread that you don't have x5 SS model? if you are stuck on boot sequence then try to factory reset.
  5. when did you receive an update? what do you see on screen?
  6. which model do you have? when you go to server settings, press info button, do you see it says switch to web method? try to reboot your box and see if that helps.
  7. what's your buzztv software info? press menu and look all the way at the bottom. if its not new then click update

  10. did you try to reboot your device? if no then try to reboot first and see if that helps. if yes then you can try clear cache first by going to settings from Home Screen, apps, click on buzz tv 5 from recently opened apps, and clear cache only and try to reopen app and see if that helps. if not then you can try clear data within same settings but this will erase buzz tv 5 settings including your server settings.
  11. my U5 and classic just took the update and so far so good.
  12. I don't have anniversary edition but non of my devices have .956 so not sure but try what I suggested and see if that helps.
  13. from home screen go to settings, apps, in recently opened apps click on buzztv 5, and clear data. now wait couple of minute and go to servers and add server again and see if that helps. also your iptv version is correct 5.0.956?

  16. I notice group numbering is not working after the update. I turned it off and on and made no different. showing original numbers from server. thanks

  19. recently I bought 5 boxes and no issue.
