to see the version while in the buzz tv app, press menu and look all the way bottom left and you will the see version of the buzztv 5 app.

version of buzztv 5 app. so when you reset your box you may not see latest version once box is back online. it may take minutes before it auto download latest version.

yes. reset restores your device to a factory condition. you have to install and configure your device again. however, you can make backup of server and favorites from buzztv 5 in to external device then restore after reset.

why don't you just follow what we are telling you? yes there's and thats why we are telling you what to try. your priority should to be fix this and follow what you being told.

if you have saved your favorite list in buzztv app and you don't won't to recreate your favorite list and type all the server info again after the reset then you make a backup of your server from buzztv app into external usb devices. open up buzz tv app, press menu, settings, configurations, backup/restore then follow on screen instructions. if you don't care about it then proceed to reset process on your own risk.

try to create hotspot from your phone and see if that works or take to your neighbor or relative for testing only. if still not working then I guess you can hard reset but chances you won't even make it to home screen regardless you don't have internet working so worth it try. do it on your risk. different box but same procedure

did you try a different ethernet cable and ethernet port behind your router?

in my opinion just for recording any SSD with heatsink on it will be fine. but just for peace of mind Samsung 990 pro M.2 NVMe PCIe 4. "Sequential Reads/Writes: Up to 7,450 MBps / 6,900 MBps"

in B5 while in the Buzztv app press menu, settings, configurations, toggle on where it says start live tv on boot.

I guess factory reset your box then try again and see if that helps.

also, from Home Screen go to settings, Apps, click on Buzz Tv 5, then scroll down to permissions, and make sure you allow for files.

while watching live tv press menu, then PVR, then PVR options, and see what's your recording storage location?

why not post in P6 section? P6 has two app buzz5 and buzz6. for buzz6 while in the app press menu, settings, configuration, other settings, and change stat live tv on boot to ON. for buzz5 while in the app press menu, settings, configurations, toggle on where it says start live tv on boot. make sure you are using the HDMI cable that came with it. if yes. then reseat cable on both ends and also try a different hdmi port on your tv if possible.

I usually keep them OFF too but some times for testing im keeping them ON so thats where I ended up finding wired behavior.
