How to Re-Pair the ARQ-200 Series dongle: i. Press and hold OK + TV Power buttons for 4 seconds ii. Let go of both buttons & a red light will be blinking at the top of the remote iii. Hookup the USB dongle to your BuzzTV Device. iv. You should be paired after this General steps for color button programming: There are 4-colour buttons which can be programmed to control shortcuts within the BuzzTV Device i. Find and open the settings from the Home screen ii. Next click BuzzTV Utilities iii. Then Choose Remote control iv. You will be able to set your colour button shortcuts from this menu

these boxes work great but to get really good experience you need to have quality server. try good quality server and trust me you will see how much you gonna love your E2. I would still buy me E2 if I find good price which I did

looks like you need a better server. i have seen this issue on both players with many shitty servers. there's millions servers out there and buzz team can not fix every servers stream related issue. im using backup player on one of the top notch server and has been rock solid for over 3 years. i have my boxes setup as suspend mode instead of shutdown and if I turn off my tv at night and by morning if I turn it on and it plays live tv instant without anyissue or crash. reason im using backup player because on this top notch server some channels my parents watch work better on backup vs primary bacuse of the way there are encoded. so better server will change your experince -

transfer or delete recordings or some apps. -
channel freeze and quality is usually server related if you don't have connectivity issues. on your end try to replace HDMI cable and try a different hdmi port on tv if possible.

yesterday got some time to update my classic and it started to download firmware and during download it also started to download and install buzztv 5 update. during that time I got black screen with buzztv 5 logo which started to flicker. I did not panic and left it alone until firmware got completed. once that completed I got Home Screen and all good. so far so good. thank you -

using Mac or xc api option? try to clear cache or switch media player. looks like server related issue. I know few servers if channel don't stream for few it will crash the app.
