mine is set to auto

when I switch from live tv which is 720 and 1080 and go to a 4k vod it automatically changes for all 3

are you watching 4k content?

if not just leave it on auto

what firmware version do you have?

anymore issues start a thread in the section for your model and also include firmware/software versions

and I just installed bbc iplayer from aptoide and it runs fine

your clients can do a backup onto usb stick

then load to pc and open hex editor or a similar program and pull portal info

I can only think of one reason why you don't want it known

and if you backed up to sd card it isn't there unless you moved it from internal

it's in menu/settings/configuration

and you still haven't posted firmware/software versions

and format your drives to exfat format with a pc

you can only backup to internal

then move it to another drive

and use ssd instead of sata

or get a fan

android 9 only backs up to internal

you have to manually move it to usb

how do you know stream format is ts?

try hls instead of ts

change stream format
