my bt 400 controls the tv volume but not the box

I can reverse that so it controls box volume but not tv volume

on my bt-200/250 I have 2 sets

tv series/left arrow button

now you should see a list of categories

in my favourite category if I select deadliest catch I get thumbnails for every season

if I select a season I get thumbnails for every episode

then use your tv remote to control tv volume

make the series a favourite if that's what you want to see

so do you want help or did you post your point of view

set your tv to about 60% volume

if you want to control both the tv and box volume  get a bt-200 or bt-250 remote

turn your speaker up to about 70% and box volume should control it

are you being told your mac is already in the system?

xml epg is what you should be using?

otherwise it will continually try grabbing epg

Well. Switched out cube for buzz. Tried buzz with settings set for both Plex and kodi. Nothing but pcm 2.0 with all my truehd files. Dts and dd+ Atmos both work and switch over on amp, but notta for truehd. Keep all the cables the way they are and switch back to cube and all works. Nearest I can see is it is not letting truehd pass through.

I got one with my u5 and it also worx on my 4900 and x5

I've used a vpn and downloaded/installed apps without any issue
