Okay , so the Catch Up works for every show that was on today . Just not from past days . Is this because it’s a brand new box ?  Or is there a setting I should change ?

    catchup is stored by server

it's a server issue no matter what they tell you

Thank you both. I talked to the service provider and they don’t seem to know why it isn’t working. I’m exchanging the box for a new one.

when catchup didn't work did it have that symbol?

I changed my TV and Internet provider to Roger's Xfinity. The problem is with there on the road application. While I was with Bell the on the road application was working fine. What I call on the road is when I bring my Buzztv X5 in my RV went go camping.

Now with Roger's I get a message saying that the Buzztv X5 is not Compatible with there Xfinity application.

Is there other way to do this.

Thank you all and have a great day

I just tried that but to no avail. When I turn off the TV with the Buzz remote, the stb channel still gets changed to channel 8 (BBC 4).

I think it may be something Buzz needs to address in a future update. Until then I will have to leave my TV on all night.

unfotunately an update will not change IR functions

I'm a jerk for asking a simple question? The forums are to help people who ask for help but I only get narcissist too cool for school replies and i'm the jerk. Dude you guys are the one who's funny. Anyways the app I have installed is not under the category app permissions/notification access. You say it is there to stop app updates but I don't see a toggle to stop apps from updating like other Anroid boxes. My BuzzTV box has Version 5 firmware.

    trust me

    I was being polite

you call us haters because you post in the wrong section?

Hello fellow haters, well on the Firestick and other Android boxes there is a built in feature to stop apps from nagging you to update/upgrade. So it is possible just not on the BuzzTV boxes. The BuzzTV people could add the feature to just like the rest because these IPTV streaming boxes/sticks are all using Android. Later Haters!

    it is there

    in app permissions/notifications
