This was an issue with a Firmware Version in March It was fixed in the 0624 Firmware update They can see which version they're currently running by doing the following From the Home Screen Go to the bottom row, select Updates. It will tell them which version they're currently running and can also check for new updates there as well. We cant force updates onto users, so sometimes users don't always take the latest updates.

  4. This is a weird one It seems that if there are nearby Bluetooth devices, that is whats causing the box to reboot/wakeup when shutdown. After numerous tests and logs, this is what has been determined as the root cause Now we will be working on fixing it.

  11. Seems both answers were you guys want to MAC share/use same MAC on multiple boxes This is what created a ton of issues for us We will try to research a better way to offer users a way to MAC change.

  14. Ya could always get a YouTube Premium Subscription to get rid of ads. Comes with YouTube Music as well I know it costs $$, but its just a suggestion.
  15. Do you get an error message when this happens? Can you use the remote at all? Like get back to the Home Screen?

  17. Currently local timeshift via USB/Sd card is not available. It is something we plan to add in a future update soon.
  18. Episode description usually comes from server you're using. Haven't seen any that offer this really Episode watched marker, next to the episode # is something we will try to add in the future.
