  1. The Default Player is used to do recordings So if you have it set to Secondary Player and have a recording set It will automatically switch to Default to do that recording and then switch back to Secondary afterwards It is all automatic.
  2. For now the approved one is only on BuzzTV Global. We have to manually support individual ethernet adapters with drivers built into our Firmware. You can try other ones if you want, but we cannot guarantee they will work. The one we support uses a Realtek Chipset for the Ethernet, so maybe if you look for other ones with a similar chip they will work. Amazon is being very picky since March about what they stock at their fulfillment warehouses right now. They should be available on Amazon within the next 4 weeks though.
  3. Did you check the folders inside your Hard Drive It saves to Android/Media/buzzxr4000tv/recordings
  4. If you playback the same recording using an external player like VLC or MX player do you get the same issue? Or if you take the Hard Drive and connect to a computer and try to play it from there, do you get the same issue? If so for either, then there was an issue with the stream when it was recorded.

  6. Not passing File Integrity only means something didn't fully download fully during the download process It's just a built in check at the end of the Firmware downloading process. If it doesn't pass this check, it won't reboot to install anything Its your choice still to take the update or nlt though.
  7. Yes do a reboot and try again. And if the files corrupt It will never pass file integrity.
  8. Am trying same here And within 20 seconds of holding the reset button am taken to the Recovery Screen. Can you PM me your Serial # please.
  9. If you're using a thumbtack or toothpick You should feel a button click as you're pressing it If you don't, then you're not pushing in the reset button properly.

  11. Something like this will be very difficult to debug as there are many things that could be affecting this Have you tried fast.com on the web browser on the box as a comparison?
  12. No there aren't any settings for it Are you running the latest Update?
  13. XR 4000 ethernet port is only 10/100 So maximum speeds it would ever get is about 95mbps
  14. Oh ok sorry I thought the box was connected to your sound bar via HDMI The apple remote must have a memory chip on it That makes it work with TVs and Soundbars
  15. Should be able to if you setup HDMI CEC. From the Home Screen Go to Settings Go to Advanced Settings Go to HDMI CEC Turn it on Reboot the box.

  21. Yes were aware This will be fixed with an Update this month. And your claim about no server support is needed, is False. As Closed Captioning has to be supported by the server you're using. In your case, the server you're using supports it. The update in December just presented a bug for sub titles on the Secondary Player If you switch to the Default Player, sub titles will work no problem.
  22. 1. How are you recording it Scheduled through the EPG Manual Recording? 2. Are you recording to External USB or SD Card Or to Internal Memory? 3. The recording could be stopped early due to buffering for longer then 30-60 seconds or loss of internet connection or a network issue. Some servers also stop Live TV Playback if it is left on a TV Channel for longer then 2-3 hours, without any activity They do this in order to save bandwidth.
