When in Live TV Press the Menu button Go to Configuration Adjust the EPG Offset to +7 Hours Wait for the EPG to clear, about 2-3 minutes Then re check the EPG Am only guessing its +7, you might have to figure out the correct adjustment yourself.

This message means 2 things usually 1. Your subscription expired 2. You need the person you subscribed with to reset your mac as there is an Issue with the Device ID

If using the Mouse on the remote with IR Its not that fast You can adjust speeds by going to Device Preferences in Android Go to Keyboard and Autofill You will see a Pointer Speed Option. You can adjust the speeds here.

Just change the Player When in Live TV Press Menu Button Go to Configuration Change the Player from Secondary to Default. The sound will start working again.

Will be fixed on an update coming this week. Were aware of the issue.

All of our boxes have Warranty. We always have. So if there is a Red Light issue and we can't fix it, we replace it. If stuck on Buzz logo, that can be easily fixed by software. If you PM me who you dealt with, I can personally take care of any bad units under warranty and any software issues as well, we can share the software to fix those.

You cannot use Ethernet at the same time as Wifi on Android That is why this happens.
