  10. 2. This is something we need to fix on our next update. 3. Were removing this on next update, as the rows are now permanent on our new home screen for the 4900
  11. Format it on a PC first to NTFS Than Format it on the box as external storage It should work after doing this.
  12. MAG Devices only allow 1 connection Which means you can only watch and record 1 channel at a time, its just the way Stalker API works. Multi Connections only work on M3U + XC Login/XUI, so if you have 5 connections it means it supports 5 devices. On the 4900, you would be able to use 2 of these connections, if available to Record 1 channel and watch another. You can see how many connections are free by pressing the menu button, go to settings and go to account info.
  13. You format it as Internal Storage or External Storage?
  14. Where did you format it, on the box or on a PC? Try formatting it on a PC first, to NTFS Then plug it back into the box.
  15. *Server ID its labelled in Top Right of Server Settings.
  16. I replied to your PM With my email I never received a reply to my PM or an email.
  17. Glad to have helped and good to hear it works fine now.
  18. The ARQ100 Remotes power button is IR So you would need to point it towards the box when pressing it, in order for it to work.
  19. You sent us an email on Oct 5th. And I replied to it on the same day through our support ticket system. It must have ended up in your Spam folder as I received no reply to it. I also just PM you back on this Forum.
  20. Thanks we will remove it.
  21. Also to not confuse people New Modern Home Screen has the Live + VOD + TV Series + PVR Recordings permanently there when you have the icon highlighted. An Update after this one will also display the all apps row instead, if the user has no Live, vod,tv series favs when that icon is highlighted. After many reviewers and customers got the 4900s, the biggest feedback was they felt no difference right away as the Home Screen was the same as Buzz 4 So we updated it. You can use 3 other Home Screens we have built in to still.
  22. To not confuse people on why he has this and others do not. As of this week, brand new 4900s have been getting an update that isn't public OTA yet for existing users. As we can see, there is a bug in not offering F or C change for the new weather widget, so we will fix that. The next update includes a new update to the Modern Home Screen for existing users and much much more.
  23. I responded in under an hour.
  24. That is not true. Sometimes servers using SSL are using certificates that are not authorized by Google for Android OS, as they tend to use cheaper or free SSL certificates for their setup. If you PM me, am sure we can figure out the actual issue here.
