    Is your TV Picture mode in ECO Mode or something similar to that?
    Its a setting on the TV Settings itself, not the box.

    There will be a Firmware update soon for the B5s to fix youtube.

    Yes, Tivimate and IMplayer and installed on this same box and both working with m3u/xc api format without trouble

    No special characters in username nor password. Once again it works like a charm for 2 years (with same provider) and suddenly stopped working properly. I haven't tryied any other provider

    You're using the exact same account on tivimate?

     

    As that app stays logged in, even in the background

    The error message you're getting is a cloudflare error, its basically kicking the app connection
    We have no control over this

    These steps resolved the issue

    Go into Android Settings
    Go to Device Preferences
    Go to Display and Sound
    Go to Advanced sound settings

    Go to Select Formats
    I think you have it set to none:never use surround sound

    Switch it to None
    And it should fix Primar player with the unknown stream error issue

    I checked with my provider. He gave me another url and suddenly it worked.. for 10 sec.! When I left app then get back, same error!

    • Tried with / without vpn
    • it's working with other apps (Tivimate / Implayer)
    • it worked for almost a year then stop working recently (app update?)
    • Cleared data / cache

    So it definitively comes form the app/box, not my provider

     

    Any ideas?

    Are the server urls the same for the M3U as the XC Login?

    The error message you're getting is a CloudFlare error. And since you're using a VPN, CloudFlare blocks a lot of IPs from VPNs as you're not the only one using that IP address

     

    Usually trying different cities etc on your VPN will resolve the error. And rebooting the box as well.

    Update has been sent to All P6s as an App Update, not Firmware
    To Receive the Update, just Press the Home Button on the Remote and wait 60 seconds it should appear
    Or it will appear automatically for all users.

    Can buzz can implement the different stream types into the primary player instead of changing the stream type and format.

    Do you have tunneled playback or RTS turned on in the configuration menu?

     

    And Backup Player is libvlc, so it going back to the home screen means the player is crashing on that stream.

     

    And the stream format feature, is just there to show what the server offers
    Its default to Auto

    Most servers only offer TS or HLS
    Auto plays HLS first and if that doesn't work it uses TS
    We can't add more, as every provider offers it themselves, and it doesn't work the way you think it does

    Some servers offer RTMP, but its rare.

    Google remotes allow almost no changes
    They gave us a guide of what buttons we can choose from and where we can put them

    Same goes for the App Icon buttons

    Google has very strict rules

    We won't be designing any newer remotes for awhile, as R&D and tooling costs are very expensive.

    For now our main remotes will be
    G20
    BT500
    BT350
    BT400
    IR200
    BT250

    Backup of Servers etc from the Buzz 5 app is just text data really
    So yes this is normal

     

    E2 had 2 ways, Buzz app and then OS backup
    OS backup can take 40 minutes if you have lots of Data

     

    Android made so many changes on newer versions, that backups of OS basically aren't really possible anymore. Not ones we can create ourselves, as all data is encrypted
    And the main developer who rooted, retired

    I'm not certain which method the Buzz Dev is going to use to remedy this, but for resellers of BuzzTv products we are catching a lot of heat , hate mail , texts , and demands for refunds.  

    Can we get a date we can at least "push" on screen ourselves to our customers.

    HD5s next week, and that will be our entire Android 11 lineup

    I know, you can edit them if you modify the URL and you know the internal server ID, but having them listed so you can select them through a UI works very nicely.

    I think we will be removing the local IP method next update actually

    As the web one works the same just better
