If you already know about the way to hide it. We added 2015 as way to use it on BT400 or when using TeamViewer
-
There actually is a hidden way to do this for dealers. I PM you instructions.
-
To add context to this This issue was with the provider and not the boxes or Buzz app It was giving a Server Error Message when trying to login. Due to a DNS issue on the server side. In the future, try starting your own thread for issues and not hijack existing ones.
-
Advanced settings is actually a developer options settings menu Its supposed to be hidden, as it only works on Debug Firmware We will hide it in the next update. That would explain why it resets
-
Where is this chart from? As the one listed here says BT 250 https://buzztv.com/5-series-comparison-chart/
-
Are they setup as WPA2 or WPA3 Network?
-
Its currently only on the 4500s that came with the BT400
-
If on the XRS 4500 It already came out in November, under Buzz Utilities you can turn Backlight ON/OFF and Map the Color Buttons
-
Which remote are you referring to?
-
This is not from a 4500 Its from a Saro GT5000

What bit version of Android OS 11 does the Buzztv X5
allaboutbuzz replied to Trevor Craig's topic in X5 AI / AX-C
Yes the OS is 32 Bit. -
Or you can try a different Video Player like MX Player or MPV
-
You can fix it with the update from an sd card.
-
I think this was a mistake We currently have 5 or so users with this issue It seems to only happen with users that are using Mesh Networks for their Wifi We cannot reproduce it ourselves though, so it makes it difficult to fix. Were in contact with Amlogic in regards to a solution for this We currently have one in their new SDK, but the SDK has some other bugs so were waiting on fixes for that.

Recording stops when box is suspended
allaboutbuzz replied to stan767's topic in XR4500 / XRS4500 / XRS4500 MAX
No there isn't a way for it to suspend after the recording finishes And if left on the home screen to record in the background, it won't continue to stream after the recording finishes. -
Recording stops when box is suspended
allaboutbuzz replied to stan767's topic in XR4500 / XRS4500 / XRS4500 MAX
The stream stops when you put the box into suspend, as internet goes into hibernation That is why your recording stops. You could always just leave the box on the home screen and it will record in the background. The box needs to be ON for the recording to work That is why if you have any recordings that are scheduled and the box is off, it will wakeup to record. -
If the streams are in HLS, they cannot be downloaded. So maybe they changed streams recently to HLS. Or if you're using XC login, maybe you have the stream type set to HLS.
-
Did you program the remotes power button to control the TV power? If so, you need CEC turned on for the box to turn off.
