    I would like to use my AVR (Denon/Marantz) to decode the audio formats directly, but these constant dropouts make Atmos and other passthrough formats unusable.

    Could you please advise if this is:

    a known firmware issue,

    a setting I may have overlooked (RAW vs IEC passthrough, audio mixing, etc.),

    or if there is an upcoming update that will fix this?

    Are you using the HDMI ARC port to the box?

     

    And what version of HDMI is your receiver?

     

    If you do not have HDMI 2.1 on receiver 4k and Atmos will exceed bandwidth basically.

    As soon as that is perfected I will be ordering 2 of the PowerStation's, since they are, as far as I know the only box that operate with the BuzzTV 6. 

    As Dishusers post above yours stated already 

    It pretty much already is

    We spent a long time building this and internally testing before pre release on Beta

     

    Beta will just allow us to point out any small bugs we missed.

    You must be on Beta

    Its a new feature, Multi server connection

     

    If you edit the server, you can turn off Auto Connect for the servers you dont want to be connected to all at the same time

    Disney+ released an update 4th, 14th and 18th

    We're currently running the 14th update version. We update Disney+ in the background via OTA. This doesn't require firmware updates, so that didn't cause it. Its just a coincidence 

    I am not sure why Disney is so strict on having the latest updates just to use it. 

     

    We will send the newest 18th version soon and it will update to all active boxes within 48-72 hours.

    Manual Update fully works now if you're running this update
    Previous FWs downloaded it in the background, so if it wasn't downloaded yet and you checked manually. It would say there is no update.

    As we separated the FW + App Updates now for all future updates after the FW and App update below.
    To make things easier. Dealers were complaining that you had to reboot the box for an App update.

    I think it may be something Buzz needs to address in a future update. Until then I will have to leave my TV on all night.

    We use the NEC Protocol for IR Codes, so do many other devices like LG
    Sometimes they overlap between other devices
    This isn't something we can fix unfortunately

    Ok Emporiums advice is good

    And 4500 is Android 9, so we have no way to update Firmware for that model anymore.

    Which app are you referring to?

    Are the updates from the Play Store or Aptoide or are they built directly into the app?

    Trying to understand all of the details, so we can reproduce it

    Also which model # do you have?

    When using the BUZZ 5 app or the two other players installed with the same playlist or very similar they are perfect (no white background or any missing) 

    Thanks for any help. All updates have been installed since new .

    We used the white BG cause some channel logos were png

    So you couldn’t see them well
    Esp blue and black logos 

    because it blended into the background

    So they all got a white BG 

    To make it work with the most image types we will encounter

    Hey guys I just installed the latest update and I thought everything was all right until I went to rearrange the icons for the apps on my home screen when I click on the app I want to move the usual pop up comes up and then when I press continue It doesn't let me move the app and the blue outline box isn't over the app anymore it disappears and when I try to scroll down and rearrange it again the blue outline box is red and my remote stops working until I restart the box but even after restarting the same issue repeats itself when trying to rearrange the icons

    if this issue was only happening in one location it may have pointed to TV or something specific but Florida and Canada on several TV’s 

    just because no one else are having this type of issue doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem. 
     

    last communication from support says I can send the box to buzz, they will check it out and send it back. 
     

    maybe that’s the way I’ll go. 
     

    I did do a factory re set twice

    Any update to this?
