    With streaming line, you're supposed to just enter the Server Url only, so it will be much shorter.

    And then enter the Username and Password in User Credentials and press connect.

     

    M3U has the username/password inside the URL.  Which in most cases you can use a streaming line username/password in a M3U URL.
    This is also why the URL is much longer.

    If you have been trying to watch another channel, while recording another.

    This would explain the reason why you're recordings are coming back "null"

     

    Almost all providers only allow 1 channel to be watched/recorded at the same time.

     

    And as nbs mentioned, their are no boxes that allow you to record tv and watch another channel right now.

    The 2 other services you're using that are working with no problems.

    Ok we understand the concern.

    But I don't think it will be an issue on the 4500.

    Have you experienced any so far?

     

    I've been using Android Phones for many years now, and have never cleared cache on any of the apps I've used.
    Never really experienced any issues so far.

     

    This might have been an issue on early versions on Android (4.4, 5.1, 6.0), but Google improves system performance and how apps run on every new version of the Android OS.
    The XRS 4500 is running Android 9, which is a very new version of Android.  So I wouldn't worry about clearing cached data for now.

    Yes they should as XRS 4500 supports 4K/60

     

    The MAG 256 doesn't support 4K, so this would explain why it doesn't work.

    Usually means the channel is down when that happens.

    Yes we can do this.

    Will add it to our Road Map
    Once we add it, we will add it to our change log for that Update.

    I also noticed that Bluetooth remote does not work as it cannot start the device.

    This happen after box was powered off/red light?

    And you powered it back on via the remote, and only got blue light?

    It would cause issues with the buxx app running properly. 

    Correct. 

    Biggest issue is, servers block multiple uses of same macs on multiple devices. And majority of users blame the buzz app for this. 

    It also creates a ton of issues with Device Id. 

     

    As I said earlier, if you're looking to use multiple servers on multiple devices, just use Streaming Lines or m3u.

    Same Mac Address per slot. 

    If you want to use different accounts

    Best to use M3U or Streaming Line. 

     

    And no problem on the info.

    You cant do that on the 3900. As it was originally made for 10 servers only. 

    Only the 4000s and 4500s allow unlimited M3U + Server slots

    Its very rare that users use more then 2-3 servers at a time anyhow
