i read your other post ,you dont need to do a hard reset

in a month or two the 4500 will have the buzz 5 sw

if its a service issue it will show audio is disabled and you wont be able to toggle it

I had that issue and the sound was down on the service

strange you have one button pvr on in settings?

I lost you after you set recording on guide left on that channel box left in tv off ?????? From guide I select the show and hit the red button set recording Thats it I hit the live tv to continue watching

Hit the red button in live tv Are you able to record what you are watching?

i turned notifications off for android setup Anytime someone has reported a chime its been from one of the apps that the user has downloaded

Same place you clear cache

one user reported this same error message and it updated fine this morning

a couple of users reporting aptoid tv crashing
