  1. you need to pm alboutbuzz with your info to figure out the issue
  2. If that was the case no one could record without issues More likely a buzz/server issue
  3. You have one more step you can try and that's a pin reset

  8. no, just make sure you are on default I have scheduled while recording from guide and manual scheduling many times no issues
  9. I just did two recordings one on default and one on secondary player the default is fine the secondary player is out of sync

  11. when watching tv full screen hit the menu on remote.configuration.video player
  12. You are leaving the buzz unit on? Did you find where the media players were?
  13. There are media players under menu configuration player Are you doing scheduled recording or recording from guide?

  18. What type of recording are you doing and what player are you using?

  22. you push the pin in then you power it up then you hold it till the android screen comes up
