you recording to internal?external storage formatted storage with buzz? assigned storage?

He has already stated it will be fixed in next weeks update

You can try a pin reset to see if that works but you might need to contact buzz customer support

It's pretty straightforward Format a stick or card and go into buzz utilities ,backup and restore

Learn how to use backup and restore so it's not a pia
