Is this recent? Did it happen after the update? post your current firmware and iptv version

There is an update going out on Monday (pretty sure) that fixed an issue with one server Not sure it's the one you're using

Different services will use different players One player will not work for all services

they probably dont know what a u5 is...lol

since nothing has changed on the buzz side ask your service what changed there Maybe they have an alternate url
