Factory reset & Updated from Buzz XRS 4500 Firmware V20211108 to BuzzTV5 firmware 5.0.793 version v20220919 I can't record VOD & TV Series to internal box memory or USB drive but I can record Live TV. Any suggestions to be able to record?

Buzz XRS 4500 Firmware V20211108 BuzzTV4 firmware: Will Upgrading from BuzzTV4 to BuzzTV5 then allow Recording VOD & TV Series? Will a Video Capture Device or Card allow recording VOD & TV Series with a Buzz XRS 4500 ? Are there any external devices that will allow a Buzz XRS 4500 to record VOD & TV Series?

I will try to reset & post the result. Problem is they sat it can't be reverted back in case there's a problem
