Video freezes but audio continues. Changing to another channel then back fixes the issue, but then it happens again every few minutes.
Also sometimes Video OK but the audio stops. Happens on both Primary & Backup Players. Tried Reboot, did not help. Real Time Streaming ON.

Appreciate your help, but didn't solve it. Here are pics of the screens that are shown with, home screen/settings/buzztv utilities
None of these 4 options work for Default Home Screen. BuzzTV Classic, BuzzTV , BuzzTV Media Player 2, BuzzTV Modern.
Requesting Info. Is there anyway to get back the Default Home Screen without doing a Factory Reset?
Please give instructions on how to do it.
