HELP

I have the XRS4500 and last night it was working fine no problems. I get up this morning and the light on the front is blinking red and blue, I ahven t a clue as to why its doing or why. Please help. What could be causing this? I need help quick. thank you so much!!

Yes!! Left it unplugged for a few seconds, 30 at least and still nothing

@Ryu yes the bottom one. Its blinking red and blue

just change power options from setting or buzz utilities

@RyuI cant even access the main menu at all. It just shows a blue screen that says no signal

on the back insert a toothpick in the av hole

it might be too thin

I use a toothpick

the button is near the top of av hole You should be able to feel it being pushed in

@nbs.nothing. Ive unplugged it, pressed the reset button. Nothing. My remote wont even trigger the box

hold the button down and plug power adapter in

are  you holding the button down with toothpick and then plugging in the buzz?

you dont press it ,you hold button down and wait for screen It can take 6 7 seconds

I dont know what wrong with it. I have unplugged the power and hdmi and and inserted everything like the video says and nothing. Im stumped.
