once you select destination make sure you select your external storage.  worse case you can always copy and past/transfer from internal to external from your box. 

you will see external storage started to get full. you can go to all apps, file browser and select external device and you will see your stuff there.

it could be source/server. have you tried to switch player?

it may work but most of the keys won't function properly. for example, if you press setting, it may or may not open setting or might open something else

you have to allow incoming connections from your phone. watch some youtube video about teamviwers 

if this screen is from your box then partner id should be on phone. once you open up team viewer from your phone you should see id and enter that id here  and you should get request to connect on your phone

you can download team view on your box and your phone. open team viewer in both devices and try to connect them first. once connected you can transfer between your devices.

also, try this and see if it works, try using bluetooth option and see if it works.

you can remotely download using teamviewer and other softwares.

you can transfer your picture and video and your pc and then to your box using usb cable.

im sure it must be similar to G1 and built in app is STBemu.

G2 has double the storage and OS 9 vs G1 had 7.1.

try to hard reset and you will be fine. it happened to my E2 was just like you after hours and hours I reset my box and tried and was  fine after that.

I'm sure storage wise will be difference. also, remote might be bluetooth as well but again I'm just guessing.

have you tried to look in buzz utilities? you might find there 

also check the version of your box and see if that matches with new software version.

try to connect ethernet cable and reboot your box and see if that helps.
