catchup worx on mac went back over 7 hours as a test it's your service

I'll have a trial account for mac set up on the service I use to determine if it's a buzztv or service issue

have you always used a mac account?

settings/configuration/stream format also are you using primary player? I have no issues using catchup but that relies on the server storing past programs
