have you always used a mac account?

settings/configuration/stream format also are you using primary player? I have no issues using catchup but that relies on the server storing past programs

are you doing it from guide?

does it have the catchup symbol showing for those channels?

try a factory reset if that don't improve things do a hard reset

I see no issue with naming the app asking for help with the app is a different story

my neighbour said when that happens he uses the remote to control volume using a bt 250 remote

I can't check my ai until tomorrow I lent it my neighbour while he waits for his new box and he worx until 3am

turn off system sounds and see if that works

I couldn't get it work I have several remotes paired and mainly use my bt 200 which has 2 power buttons

look in hdmi-cec settings

you can set it to control tv volume

it may be a bug in the firmware

what model do you have?

so cec on box and tv is off?
