    This looks to be a software issue. were looking into the problem

    changing the default new episodes list  will make some people happy and other people unhappy.  this is why we added the green button option. we can look into an option to set all episodes to show default 9-0 vs 0-9

    does your provider support EPG? are you using Mac address portals or streaming lines?

    amlogic sdk originally only supported 32bit for this processor (s905x2). I believe 64bit is either coming or in beta at the moment.

    EPG was never supported for M3U before. its a new feature we'll be adding.

    RAM has nothing to do with EPG loading.

    please be more specific. do you get a error message? 

    ***first check if your box have memory available. if you dont have enough memory your box will not take any updates.

    this FW was tested for 8 weeks internally and with many beta testers across North America, Europe and Caribbean. Keep in mind theirs 100's of service providers and not all providers are structured the same. for VOD / TV series we recommend the default player. for Live TV you can try Default or Secondary .

    were not missing any players. we purposely removed the excess players from XPL3000 to focus on 2 main players.

    are you getting micro freezing on all channels or some channels?

    EPG crashing the app is the first time this is being reported. are you able to reproduce this issue over and over? EPG loads INSTANT on some providers and slow on other providers but crashing part is the concern here.

    Other brands don't support this feature for the same issues we experienced. You wont be the only person with this opinion but it was a decision we had to make.

    How do I get to factory settings and just stay there?

     

    Can you confirm which model box you have? The app version you posted is very outdated . For 1GB box we recommend Android 6.

    Changing the mac option was not intended or designed to used the way your using it. Hence the reason why it was hidden feature in the first place.  Because it created too many issues for consumers,providers and resellers it had to be removed. I cant explain it in any other way..... 

    Use streaming line or another APK that allows you to change mac address are 2 easy solutions.

    good afternoon folks, my dad has Buzztv iptv3000 when we unplug the box from the power source and the internet it goes off and when we plug back in it goes to start right away as if we never unplugged the box to reset it, now it brings us to the main page that shows Live TV, VOD, Apps, Market, Settings, etc. however when we use the remote to use the arrows to click on live tv nothing happens the same as when i click the live tv option directly on the remote, i also tried to get the cursor option to come on and select the option that way and nothing. I have had the box unplugged several times, and the last time was for 10 minutes. not sure how to get the box "unfrozen" or the remote "unfrozen" please help. 

    test your remote to see if its working properly

    I know that I have to contact my resellers to chage the mac address but is such a hassle because some will take 24-48 hours to remove the old mac addresses from the server.

    Changing mac addresses created way too many issues and resulted in several boxes getting blocked from service providers.  Most providers support "streaming line" and its supported on xpl3000 and xr4000/xrs4000 models. Streaming line (username/password) allows you to use on multiple devices without the need to change your mac address.  Simply ask your service provider for a streaming line account.
