  2. How strong is the WiFi signal on your stick? Are you using 2.4ghz connection or 5ghz for Wifi?
  3. If you have the IR cable connected And want to use the remote as IR Try turning off Bluetooth You can do so under the Remote and Accessories menu of Android settings
  4. This only happens if you have the mouse at the bottom of the screen Or could be from some apps that you're using. What apps are you using when this happens?

  8. Ok Does that work for you? Am not really sure what the PRO version offers I know MX Player was purchased by an Indian TV company a few years ago, and being used for that now.

According to this link from Google https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113410?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en-GB This should be possible But I did some reading on some Q&As And there were 2 reasons given as to why this may not be possible 1. The app developer restricts this from happening, in this case MX player 2. You paid for the Phone app, and the box is trying to install the Tablet app. Which is considered a separate version.
  10. Could also be if you're using the TVs USB port to power the stick As most TVs only have 500mah to 1000mah for power output, when the stick needs 2000mah for power So its best to always use the power supply that comes with the stick.
  11. If it doesnt pass the file integrity, then it wont install it would be because the file failed 1 packet during the download process. Download speeds vary based on where you're located from the OTA server, our OTA server is in Toronto. And none of our newer models have sound on the boot up screen, only our XPL 2000, 3000 and 3900 had this. The stuck on boot logo was resolved with those users and now a new update resolves the users which didn't get an update.
  12. With there being 100s of different Routers available Am not sure how to advise you on this Its best to contact the Router Manufacturer for support, or check the users manual
  13. AirPlay 2 is from Apple If you want to cast things to the box and have them play via Air Play You would need a third party app to do this. In my experience, I find that Air Pin Pro works best https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.waxrain.airplaydmr3&hl=en_US&gl=US They have a Free version as well, but I think it has limited features.

  15. The Default Player is used to do recordings So if you have it set to Secondary Player and have a recording set It will automatically switch to Default to do that recording and then switch back to Secondary afterwards It is all automatic.
  16. For now the approved one is only on BuzzTV Global. We have to manually support individual ethernet adapters with drivers built into our Firmware. You can try other ones if you want, but we cannot guarantee they will work. The one we support uses a Realtek Chipset for the Ethernet, so maybe if you look for other ones with a similar chip they will work. Amazon is being very picky since March about what they stock at their fulfillment warehouses right now. They should be available on Amazon within the next 4 weeks though.
  17. Did you check the folders inside your Hard Drive It saves to Android/Media/buzzxr4000tv/recordings
  18. If you playback the same recording using an external player like VLC or MX player do you get the same issue? Or if you take the Hard Drive and connect to a computer and try to play it from there, do you get the same issue? If so for either, then there was an issue with the stream when it was recorded.

  20. Not passing File Integrity only means something didn't fully download fully during the download process It's just a built in check at the end of the Firmware downloading process. If it doesn't pass this check, it won't reboot to install anything Its your choice still to take the update or nlt though.
  21. Yes do a reboot and try again. And if the files corrupt It will never pass file integrity.
  22. Am trying same here And within 20 seconds of holding the reset button am taken to the Recovery Screen. Can you PM me your Serial # please.
  23. If you're using a thumbtack or toothpick You should feel a button click as you're pressing it If you don't, then you're not pushing in the reset button properly.
