  1. That's because some portals/servers don't have adult flags on separate channels, only on categories. So when you scroll to an adult category and try to open it the app sees that flag and asks for a password. However when you just open All Channels category the app shows full channel list, and channels there don't have that flag so the app doesn't know whether to ask for a password or not.

    When we made the HD5, due to spacing issues when tooling It was either have an Ethernet Port or SD Card slot We chose Ethernet.
  5. Color buttons have different functions depending on which menu you're in Just look at the bottom left of the menu you're on, to see what the color buttons do there.

The Guide button on all of our remotes is a Universal Remote Button Which means its programmed to open the Guide of the Buzz app from anywhere on the box Lots of users use this, and the remote + box + app are fully designed around the Buzz app. We have no plans to remove the way the Guide Button is programmed on our remotes. So if this doesn't satisfy you, I would suggest getting a different remote for the box. Making the change you're requesting would upset a ton of more users than it would please, as we would be changing user behavior that has existed for over 6 years. no combining multiple EPG sources to prioritize against a single provider feed to fill gaps and manually assign missing info, no EPG channel logo editing for streams, etc. We have plans to add this in the future, but no set timeline. As currently more than 95% of our users do not use this and only use 1 provider per box, either MAC or XC Login. Hopefully this answers your questions

    Usually we try to not change customer behavior with changes on features that have existed for years, to avoid complaints. So it would be preferred to add an OFF/ON switch for Auto Play episodes instead in the Configuration menu.

  11. Servers basically need to have more than 9999 channels to get to 5 digits. But it's been confirmed fixed on our testing.

  13. Since its a Roku TV That is why it does not work. We confirmed this with our remote factory.
  14. Since we use ATV on the U5 The Navigation Bar doesn't work. And now your Favs appear when you have that specific icon highlighted We will look into hiding the all apps row though as a feature.

  17. Update was sent this afternoon to the 4500s that came with BT300 to add backlight ON/OFF to New Remote Control Menu in Buzz Utilities.

We have a new XRS 4900 Firmware which fixes the not being able to Power Back ON issue It also adds a new feature to program the color buttons to open apps and menu items from the Home Screen Been added to the Remote Control Menu under Buzz Utilities. And now all scheduled recordings will record while the box is in standby in the background. If you have the box set to Shutdown, it will wake to record still. If anyone would like to try it to test and provide feedback You can PM me your MAC from the bottom of the box or the Server ID.

  21. Have you tried changing the stream type in Configuration from TS to HLS And refreshing/reloading the server? Might get rid of those errors.
  22. To backup the guide? Guide comes from the server you're using directly.

There is the Primary Player that can be switched in VOD Player options of Configuration Menu Backup Player is Libvlc, which is VLC without the UI of VLC You can also try External Player on VOD as well, and try to see if MX Player or VLC or any other player gives the same issue. Our next update of the Buzz app on X5 resolves some non fatal issues that showed up in logs, so might fix the getting kicked.
