    I had non of these issues with my XRS4500. I thought i was buying an ugrade

    I have read that VPN's have a tendency  to slow down internet speed and can cause latency issues.

    Any thoughts would be welcome.

    check updates  and when it says no update available    type in 2015 on your remote a couple of times

    If your mac is on the list it will update If not email buzz and ask them to add your mac
