Immediately after the Bell Fibe TV installation from the Google Play Store, it worked perfectly fine. However, once close it and open it again, it's no longer showing anything except that sky blue backdrop with the Bell logo. Any solution? Could you clarify that the download is there on the p6 when using buzz 5?

Have you done a hard reset?

Try saving your settings and server info and do a reset

Did you look at categories? You can select any category from any server you have.

Did you do reset?
How many times did you type in 2015?
Did you give them your device id to check?

You could try a reset and if tgat doesnt work Email buzz with your issue and device id They can check to see if it's on update server or force an update

Did you purchase a service?
Also buzz 5 is software. Maybe you meant x5?
