yes, these are tv shows in my favourites. I’ve tried searching for the same show after removing it from my favourites and it still didn’t  work. 
 

it comes and goes though - some days they’re there and it can go almost a week with the episode showing up. 

Menu ,settings, config highlight vod,tv and change player

Have you tried the other player?

Contact your service see if they are having issues

When you do a hard reset do you see the box  saying erasing?

Go to check updates from home page.When it says there is no update available Type 2015 on your remote a few times

Do you have the ir sensor so you can use ir?

Using Mac or xc api?

When you say leaving buzz on is it on home page? Live tv?

It's not an issue with 4900 on 906 but my 4500 is staying blue on suspend
