Then install vlc on your buzz and use external player to see if it still freezes

Does it freeze when you use external player on the buzz?

Its most likely a provider issue despite what your contact says

You didn't mention model so if vlc is not installed you can go to aptoid market and install vlc

If it doesn't work using vlc either it's an issue with your provider not the box

I don't even have them on my p6

Formuler and dreamlink use different ir  codes so it's not solvable

In my case, I turned it on earlier today.  I tried to manually check for updates and it was saying that it had an update and the correct one (versions I mentioned above).  But every time I tried to install it would flash something quick on bottom, and then that it had to reboot, and it would, but no update would be installed.. Rinse and repeat a few times.  So I left it powered on for about 2hrs, but got no auto popup.. Then I tried again to check if there was an update manually again, and this time it told me there was NOT.  Which reminded me of the last time where it was saying yes, yes and then after a while it said no.   So once it said there was no update, I rebooted the box, and after it rebooted, within 2 minutes I got an automatic popup, which worked fine.  So it is a bit picky, but eventually works.
