An update went out today to fix channel issues on xc servers

Have you ever tried the buzz power adapter for your country?

Is this recent? Did it happen after the update?

There is an update going out on Monday (pretty sure) that fixed an issue with one server

Not sure it's the one you're using

Both players are in the firmware 

One is a version of vlc

If you have a drive installed pull it out and see if issue continues 

Different services will use different players  One player will not work for all services
