I didnt know your screen was frozen

When you disconnect power and start does it go through the boot process?

It's not possible

Plug in it extender ,go to settings ,remotes and confirm its paired

I didnt update so that might be the difference

I have the xr4000  if that makes a difference You are using the preinstalled version of youtube?

just installed cyberflix from cyberlix site ,downloaded.went to downloads and installed

It runs fine without a mouse

Did you try the mouse function

Most versions of cyberflix have been getting no data message.

If it is getting an update you wont have that issue

I understand that but if you hook up the ir extender you can see if it will turn it on

Do you have your ir extender hooked up?

It uses wifi not ethernet

Highlight the channel and hit yellow button on remote

I loaded 3 sticks today and I had one that would not pair After several attempts I cancelled the bluetooth and went with IR

I then went through everything and went to settings ,remote and accessories and it scanned in the remote no issues

I got an update today on the stick Now at 476
