if you are looking at build date it  is may 25

If you are looking at software version it is may 21

The dates mean nothing  anyway

The update users are talking about is the software on a new stick

There is no new software for working buzz sticks

current buzz sw is 4.0.467 on mine

The netflix version that comes with the latest update works fine.

If you had a previous version on it it wont 

What is still may 25th?

Are you able to get into the menu to reset box?

If not you will have to do a pin reset

Have you powered off and on?

I would factory set the box first andd start from fresh

If still nothing do a reset and start from scratvh

And the green button will never do anything from that screen Go into live tv and go to a channel

there is one way to know for sure   change home screen to  buzz tv media player

It only started working after latest update
