If you are using a mac based server you give them your device id at top right of scren

Try switching location. See if problem follows the nox

there seems to be a glitch which will be fixed It wasnt an issue  when i set my box up

The same thing happened to me when i turned it off and tried to turn it back on

I used the one with the black background 

click on it and check version

I just went on aptoide tv and was able to install both versions(one at a time of course)

I then went to youtube and took a free trial to youtube tv

Installed version 6.17.505 I had no issues signing in and playing movies

you can I just havnt done it myself so i cant give a how-to

No need to post the same issue twice 

I thought I heard they were disabling recording to internal 

There are plenty of uses for storage besides recording
