Did you do reset? How many times did you type in 2015? Did you give them your device id to check?

You could try a reset and if tgat doesnt work Email buzz with your issue and device id They can check to see if it's on update server or force an update

Hit menu button and post what it says at very bottom

Have you checked to see what version it is?

You can't restore immediately to the classic anniversary as after reset the box is at 940 The backup file was created in 946 so you have to wait

You will have to wait for buzz 5 to update to 946 before you can restore

I suggest you do a reset of the buzz

Issue will br fixed in a coming update

Downloading from playstore is not side loading Try aptoid market or download apk from their site Their site says it's compatible with android TV You also have to enable usb debugging according to their website
