I clicked update on the main Screen on top of that I entered my IPTV service into buzz 5 using xtreme codes API and it buffers every two seconds that is not an exaggeration and I checked with my provider it's not the service It's also still checking for updates @dishuser

Just reboot the box

Check update should go away

You can do an easy reboot

By long pressing the power button and select Restart

The 4900s came with the latest update flashed to them when we shipped them.

As for the buffering

Have you done a Speed test on the box to see how fast your download speeds are?

I'm resetting my box I got the apps to open so I did a speed test and it said my download speed was 10 Mbps how is that possible when I pay for gigabit Internet and I'm connected with an ethernet cord and the cord is a cat 8 @allaboutbuzz

The speeds am not sure about
As everyone's setup is different.

The 4900 supports 1GB LAN though.

I disconnected the ethernet cord I'm running it off Wi-Fi now and it works perfectly which is kind of disappointing because I always like to have my devices wired but as long as it works that's all that matters I have a few more ethernet cords I'm going to try eventually but for now I'm just happy it works @allaboutbuzz

Good to hear that
