when you press ok does that pop up message goes away? try to remove batteries for 1 minute and try again an see if that helps or try to pair again if you are using via Bluetooth. if you trying via bluetooth than turn off bluetooth mode and try via IR.

I maybe wrong but you might be in location where your isp has server just on border of different time zone. so if you have device automatically synced with internet thats why you are probably seeing an hour behind, for example if you are border of eastern time and your providers server is on central time zone side. im just saying and might be wrong lol

loope is from server and theres nothing much you can do. you can reboot your box or close buzz tv app multiple times but loose from server won't help.

and you can load channels three different ways with built in Buzz Aplication. also, many othrways with other apps that can easy be download and installed on any buzz unit.

I would do that just for process of elimination. that might work. let us know please.

is that happening on 1 server or you have tried on multiple server? did you try a factory reset? didi you contact your iptv provider to see if anything is on their end? let us know what you have done so far makes easy to troubleshoot.

thank for the info. so far I have not heard or seen any thread regarding this issue from anybody all over net. so possible two defective stick? possible hardware issue? I maybe wrong but if software related issue then we would see more reports. did you check and see if theres new update available?

wondering if you ever adjusted any video settings? if yes I would factory reset one of stick and leave everything default then compare and and see if happens again.

builtin miracast does not work but third party apps works fine. I tried one ApowerMirror app and worked fine.

keep your buzz Remote control front of your tv remote control. then hold tv power and source on buzz remote until you see solid green light. at this point your remote is ready to to accept keys from your tv remote control. now press tv power on your buzz remote control then quickly press tv power on your tvs remote control. led will blink three times now press source on buzz remote control then quickly press source on your tvs remote control. led will blink three time now press volume up on your buzz remote control then quickly press volume up on your tvs remote control. led will blink three times now press volume down on your buzz remote control then quickly press volume down on your tvs remote control. led will blink three times. now you are ready to exit. on your buzz remote control quickly press tv power and source together and let it go. led will go off. now all buttons should be working fine. hope this will help.

first of all, how did you come up with paid youtube thing? that shows right there that anything you will say in your post will be wrong information just to make look buzz. second, if your device has any issues then did you even bother contacting your seller or warranty support? btw, I dont have problems and theres probably thousands out there with this unit got no problem. I tried few different ways and found exact same numbers of channels. mine works perfect because its pretty awesome device and key thing is I know how to setup and if theres any issue I know how to properly contact warrant support. hope this will

uhhh I see you said file viewer and I thought it was team viewer. anyhow, you can launch vlc player on your buzz and follow the instruction I gave you and should work.

if I read your post correctly then you are trying to say that you want to watch recoded videos from your buzz using team viewer in vlc player? while controlling box via team viewer, launch vlc player, then hit browsing on left side, then internal memory, then android, then media and there should be all your videos. you should be able to pick and play any video using vlc.

also, can you explain little more why you can not connect to your wifi? what is the error you getting? what key are you pressing after entering your password?
