  2. wipe data and reset again and leave it alone for little while after reboot. sometimes it may take some time to load after after factory reset. if still nothing then you may need to pm allaboutbuzz.

    glad you got it. for epg you need to enter epg url. I would use XC option with username and password instead of m3u option if possible. with this option you enter url, username and password and thats it. I think its better option.

    I have been beating my 4900 with many servers (trials and available on net) which I even lost count of them and I find zero issues with my box. I found few channels work bad on few servers but same channels on different server work flawless. that shows its not the box at all. my buzz xrs 4900 is rock solid and very happy with it.

    as nbs said you have to stay on that channel until it stops recording. if you start recording and change channel then recording will stop. whatever you have recorded already if you want to play that then go to all apps, open up vlc player and all of your recording should be there. click on them and play back your recordings.
  9. double click home button to kill apps. and reboot your box and try again.
  10. you can side load with usb drive fro your pc to your stick. you can directly download from browser in your stick. you can download built in aptoide store without signin. you can download from google play store. you can remotely download/tranfer in your stick from your pc via third party apk like team viewer...etc
  11. why do you want to return it? whats wrong with your first box? I have zero issues with mine and im beating it a lot since I own it and still working great.

    does your box have power when you connect with your laptop or do you disconnect power from the box?

  17. you go to bank or ATM machine, swipe your card and get your money back as much you need.
  18. c/p from crazed 9.6 I do not know why that would appear but try this... Open the Settings from the Settings shortcut seen on the Home screen. Scroll down to the bottom where to the apps category, then scroll way over to the right ad open the Special App Access then open 'Energy Optimization' and then scroll down till you see the 'Device Health Services' and turn that Off Home Screen > Settings > Special App Access > Energy Optimization > Device Health Services > Off maybe after you have turned it off and checked results, then with it still set to off, unplug the power and then plug back in and go back in there and turn it back on. Then check if the message still appears.
  19. take out batteries from remote and reboot your stick then try again. if you can use pc keyboard try that if nothing works.
  20. yeah looks like. contact buzz support team and see what they say or pm to allaboutbuzz about this issue.
  21. if you have 1 working well then this explain your internet is fine. how are you connected to this box (wired/wireless)? try to turn off wifi and use ethernet cable. try to replace ethernet cable. try to relocate this box to different location where you have other working box. if wireless then it could be due to wireless saturation on this side or some signal interference.
