did you email them? after you get the update you will get all future updates give them your mac and tell them what version you currently have

if you get the update tomorrow you'll be able to make a backup of all that info

I use hls on same server as it was needed for catchup to work no issues recording

it shows 2 active connections

I started a recording and then last channel button it's still recording

it's been about 1½ years but I think it took about 20 minutes

I never had to change settings and I can watch a different channel while recording

it's possible you may have one that will not update ota and it needs to be updated manually do you have a micro sd card?
