try a factory reset if that don't improve things do a hard reset

I see no issue with naming the app asking for help with the app is a different story

my neighbour said when that happens he uses the remote to control volume using a bt 250 remote

I can't check my ai until tomorrow I lent it my neighbour while he waits for his new box and he worx until 3am

used my backup from my xrs 4900 which made setting up even easier loaded ipvanish and analiti using mic to find them
