No it doesn’t. I get “Cannot load portal:not supported “. I really appreciate all the help. I can stream if I enter the info  through the m3u portal but as I said no epg. I have some epg urls that work partially, that’s why I would like to add more than one source epg. But I will try to see which one will load the most channels. Thanks again to all who answered me.

load a file with the epg url's

Pretty sure if you just unplug the power of your P6 box, then the BT500 would not be paired, and it would emit IR.

I am not home now to test, but if it reacts like other BT buzz remotes, it will emit IR, until such time that it pairs with the box again.  And from the comments above, I am assuming the BT500 is the same.

I have tried that. Maybe I’m not inputting it correctly. I get a cannot load portal. When I put the m3u playlist in, should I include my username and password or just put those under the lines for that?

from m3u url you get portal url, username and password

enter each in their correct line in xc api

No, the ability to select a show in the last couple of days, (Normally just a couple of hours), and stream that. This worked very well on my 4500, and the P6 shows that the channel is recognized as one that can go back in the past, but get error that Stream is unavailable. That exact same show will work fine on 4500.

    that's catchup

It came with a bt-400..  I don't want more remotes or mini keyboards.  I want it to work with a remote.  Definitely going to return this thing.

    do your homework first

it's been like this for 7-8 years

True it's not the worst thing in the world but if it can't be fixed, I'd be fairly disappointed I really prefer to hardwire my android boxes

the only reason I ran ethernet was because my 4900 would drop wifi after 3-5 hours

it could be a bad port
