If you launch BuzzTV 5, and press Menu button, on the bottom, what is the version number ?  Do the same for BuzzTV 6..

From home page ?  From home page, menu button does nothing on mine.  Need to be in one of the buzztv 6 apps (livetv, vod, tv series, epg, pvr or server settings) for menu button to work in my case.

Another thing, under Android TV OS Build, it shows "20240816 release-keys" with no Version number. Something isn't right. 

you're using buzztv 5

exit app and from home page press menu/settings/check updates

they can backup buzztv app settings first

I never said check from live tv

On basic panel the default is 2 and then you have options for 4 and 6 connections.
