I lent it my neighbour while he waits for his new box and he worx until 3am

turn off system sounds and see if that works

maybe cause I'm using my ss and not ai right now...lol

I couldn't get it work

I have several remotes paired and mainly use my bt 200 which has 2 power buttons

look in hdmi-cec settings

you can set it to control tv volume

used my backup from my xrs 4900 which made setting up even easier

loaded ipvanish and analiti using mic to find them

firmware is already loaded

have you tried a hard reset?

the bt-400 only controls one or the other not both though

so before commiting you need to adjust box volume first then set it for tv
