  2. The version mentioned 4.0.483 was only sent to users in Europe. That is why you do not have an update.
  3. We ask for a copy of the receipt to show that the box is still under warranty. So if the box was bought in quantity with other boxes, then that receipt will suffice. And when we say, just ship the unit It means the box itself, we don't need the accessories like power supply + remote or gift box.

  9. Sounds like you're using a Username/Password account under streaming line Channel List EPG only loads if it has been loaded from the Grid EPG This is how those servers work MAC accounts don't have this issue.
  10. If you're referring to Multi Screen on XC/Streaming Line Accounts Right now no, but this feature is apart of our Road Map.
  11. 1. Have you tried connecting to it with a VPN or have you tried typing in the same server url onto a web browser on your phone or PC connected to the same Wifi to see if it works there? 2. Are there any error messages they get?

  15. Is the universal remote you're using the Harmony Remote? If so, all of our models were recently updated on the Harmony Database. So take a look, as the search button is there We should be able to add the Search icon to the channel list though in a future update.

  22. It probably shows in MBs because it doesn't go above 1GB, which would be 1000+MB Some of the test boxes we have here, are using about 75% of the available storage and run fine 24/7 for 12 months now.
