Search icon is at the top of VOD Home screen Or like nbs mentioned you can use the search button on the remote, which is much quicker.
-
PM me please
-
1. Was the TV series category missing? But VOD was there? 2. Or this provider puts TV Series inside the VOD menu, and those were missing? There was a small update sent to some users of a certain seller in Europe.
-
Which site? And which email?
-
Not yet anyhow This feature is something that will take more time to add As a lot of work is needed to make it possible.
-
If that's the case Id suggest a Factory Reset then
-
It probably shows in MBs because it doesn't go above 1GB, which would be 1000+MB Some of the test boxes we have here, are using about 75% of the available storage and run fine 24/7 for 12 months now.
-
If this happens on every other TV you try as well Then I would suggest getting the box replaced under warranty
-
PM me the email address you used to email them Ill look it up to see about the response

Like Phones and Computers The OS + some pre installed apps takes up space of the internal storage. On the 16GB that comes on the XR 4000 A brand new box has about 9.8GB of free space

Yes there is a new updated version of the ARQ Remote A firmware update for the 4000s + 4500s + Sticks will be sent soon, to support this new version of ARQ Remote.

Under configuration menu of the Main Slide out Menu within Buzz 4 App Turn on Server Favorites This will save your favorites to the server you're using, if it supports it Rather then the internal database on 4000/4500 Just do a reboot after turning it on to activate it.
-
I posted about this issue here As for backup favorites. Have you tried the Backup/Restore function in the Buzz Utilities menu?
-
Needs to Reboot each time it is turned off

By the indicator spinning Am assuming you mean the loading circle in the middle of the screen? If so, have you tried just changing the channel when you see this? As it usually means the channel is down when you see that indicator spinning. -
If you're having scrolling issues on the remote when pressing buttons Email buzz Cs@buzztv.com They will assist you with fixing this.

We have been testing a solution for a week now Once it passes internal testing, we will release it to Beta So far it hasn't failed internal testing.

1. What is the HDMI cable from the box connected to? The TV Directly? Soundbar? Stereo Receiver? Or are you doing the audio via an SPDIF connection using an optical cable? 2. You can also try to change the Audio Output setting within Android From the Home Screen Go to Settings icon Go to Advanced Settings Go to Digital Audio Format Usually it is set to Auto Try changing it to PCM See if that helps with your latency issue.
-
Ok sorry Lets see if he replies
-
What are you trying to connect exactly? Let us know so we can assist you further Or try the guide that nbs posted above this post.

This sounds like the issue To see if the server is having issues just type in the same server url into any web browser on your phone or computer and see if it loads for you. -
1. Did you try my suggestion? If so, did it make a difference? 2. Try playing with the sound settings then under Android Settings From the Home Screen Go to Settings Go to Advanced Settings Go to Audio Output In this menu, there should be a setting that will pass-through the Dolby audio. 3. So just so I understand this better Recordings work on Buzz, but you cant access the portal?

This is just your server making a category name within the channel list. It is not an actual channel, it means that all of the channels below this name belong to USA & Canada Movies. That is why you get a spinning circle when you try to play it, because no actual channel exists for 5246
-
Usually sound syncing is a server related issue. If you try both Players (Default and Secondary) and still have the same issue Then it is a server related issue.

1. Sounds like server is banning the device When in Live TV on the Buzz App Press the Menu Button Go to Configuration Turn on Fast Loading EPG Then reboot the box, and re open the Buzz app It should no longer ban you after this. 2. When on a Live TV channel that you know has Dolby. Press the green button on the bottom of the remote, you will see an options menu Here it will show the Audio Streams available for this channel Some offer multiple streams, so if its streaming in Dolby you would see AC3 or EAC3 as the codec. 3. I would suggest recording to NTFS, as FAT 32 has file size limits. You can easily re format your USB to NTFS on any computer.
