  18. i just opened up vlc and then went to vod and hit play It asked me which player and i selected vlc

  20. basically you have two options Do a hard reset and see if that works or contact buzz for a replacement Its a good box ,unfortunatelt these thing happen on occasion
  21. that shows its on ir mode and should work Any chance you have hit mouse button on remote? that would stop remote from working
  22. if you hold button down does the red light on remote flash or stay solid?
  23. hit the back button Ive bypassed this many times
  24. continue on and set up box using ir mode you can try pairing it in menu later
