  1. check updates and when it says no update available type in 2015 on your remote a couple of times If your mac is on the list it will update If not email buzz and ask them to add your mac

    the firmware is different than your other two as well as android version That is the reason they don't affect your other boxes

  21. I have hard reset dozens of times You should be able to feel the button(top of av hole) Are you holding the button down and then powering up box? Then keep holding it

  23. Swap boxes, see if issue follows the box
