    Have you tried other media player? Account info will not show how many streams are being used

    Format it on a PC first to NTFS Than Format it on the box as external storage
  15. Issue was fixed with the last update It was a matter of the service marking the episodes

  21. your box is not blocking anything ,its just not available on the buzz server right now

  23. You can email buzz with your device id and firmware version They can send the update to your buzz Cs@buzztv.com You could also try factory set and try for buzz 5 again but you will lose all info
  24. To update your box go to home page ,settings and check for updates When it tells you there is no update type in 2015 on your remote After update is installed wait 5 10 until all apps are installed by buzz 5 software
